Although I am originally from Pensacola, Florida, I spent part of my childhood in Louisiana.
I chose to attend college at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches where I graduated with a degree in Biology. Since childhood I have always wanted to be a doctor, and I was fortunate to attend medical school in the Caribbean at the American university of Antigua. After medical school, I completed my internship and residency in Pediatrics at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport. I am a board certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
My husband and I have a son, a daughter and a rescue dog, whom we love watching grow up together. We also enjoy watching our LSU tigers and Saints football. I personally love to bake lots of goodies and paint craft projects as well.
